At ETERNA, it is our MISSION to use natural and pure beauty products in a relaxing environment to help our clients achieve a sense of calm and well-being while providing exemplary service. We will continually share new ideas and concepts with our guests, fellow stylists and estheticians to verify our standing as creative leaders in unsurpassed excellence. Our daily goal is to have each guest describe Eterna Salon and Day Spa as beyond compare.
Eterna Salon & Day Spa (Since 2005) is an Aveda Concept Salon. We take pride in using Aveda’s rich, organic plant and flower essence infused products. This, along with our knowledgeable, creative staff and our commitment to excellence in service has made us noted leaders in the hair and beauty industry.

Our goal is to ensure you completely enjoy your time with us. You are the main ingredient in our services.
For your visit with us, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allot enough time for a spa tour, changing into spa attire, and a consultation with your Spa Therapist. If you desire extra time to relax and unwind, you are welcomed to come earlier and enjoy a cup of Aveda 100% Organic Comforting Tea as you settle in.
Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress. We assure our Spa Therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping and we offer discreet spa robes and attire for your comfort. Although your therapist will discuss with you a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any appropriate questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level is achieved.
A Spa environment is one that is relaxing and serene. We kindly ask that parents please make child care arrangements prior to your spa appointments - unless a child is receiving a spa treatment. Child care will not be available.
We ask that all guests please turn off cell phones, computers and any other devices that may interfere with the serenity of fellow guests.
Please advise us of any medical conditions or health related issues that may interfere with your treatment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Kindly note that if your appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% fee of your scheduled appointment may be applied to your next visit.
We accept: Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Lougheed Town Center Gift Cards, and Eterna Gift Cards
For your convenience we are located in Lougheed Town Center in Burnaby. Ample parking surrounds the mall.
Gift Cards
If you have enjoyed your experience with us and would like to share it with others, we offer Eterna Gift Cards from $25. The referral of your friends and family is the largest compliment of all.
In the event that a Gift Card was purchased for a service that is no longer offered on Eterna Salon & Day Spa’s menu, the denomination in which the Gift Card was originally purchased for is still valid towards other services or retail items. There are absolutely no cash refunds for Gift Cards under any circumstances.
